On October 5, 2018, Houthi rebels fired mortars at a displacement camp in Khokhah, Yemen, killing one and wounding 12 others. The following day, Houthi forces deployed tanks and fighters around the University of Sanaa to prevent protests. The militants kidnapped 55 students. Houthi rebels fighting against a Saudi-led Arab coalition have fired approximately 200 missiles at Saudi Arabia since 2015, according to Saudi military sources. The missiles are mostly shot down or fail to reach their targets, but have resulted in casualties nonetheless. Saudi Arabia has blamed Iran for providing the Houthis with advanced weaponry. More than 10,000 people have died in the conflict since Saudi Arabia launched its intervention in March 2015. (Sources: The NationalAl ArabiyaAnadolu AgencyReutersGuardian)
