YPC's well-trained staff of enumerators has a long-standing experience in field work and data collection. Out of the over 2,000 enumerators we have trained and examined, YPC has selected about 500 enumerators throughout the country for its field research, fifty percent of whom are female. YPC enumerators are not only accustomed to the local dialects of the area's where they are employed, but also have intimate knowledge of the communities they work in. This does not only ensure that the research objectives are fulfilled, but also that the high qualities of social science research can be upheld.

A multi-day training workshop at the YPC headquarter and an on-site intensive training course for the field supervisors, the leaders of the field work team, as well as the enumerators are conducted prior to data collection to ensure maximal research results as well as the high quality of data collection.
